Finding the songs

OK, so we all know that High School Musical has that part of the population under the age of consent held in its thrall. But why?

It cannot be the plots of the acting, which really aren't up to all that much. No, rather, it's the High School Musical songs which have al the kiddies going after it.

That is, after all, what Disney is good at and it's also the reason that so many of them have been released as singles and climbed the charts. The soundtracks themselves have also done well.
